TTF 2025 – ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Please carefully check the time and duration of your talk. To ensure the schedule runs smoothly, we kindly ask you to strictly adhere to your allotted time. We encourage you to be in the room prior to the start of the session. We appreciate your cooperation.
The order of presentations, along with the names of session chairs and other speakers, can be found in the detailed agenda on the website.
PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS
- Format: PPTX / PDF (Apple Keynote and Prezi are not supported)
- Maximum file size: 500 MB
- Recommended slide format: 16:9
- IMPORTANT: Any external content (e.g. videos, multimedia files) must be embedded directly in the presentation.
Allocated time
- Invited oral presentation: 45 minutes (40 min + 5 min Q&A)
- Contributed oral presentation: 25 minutes (20 min + 5 min Q&A)
PRESENTATION UPLOAD
Presentations must be uploaded to the Speakers’ laptop before the start of your session — at the latest, during the break preceding your session.
Please hand over your presentation to the supporting organizer staff on a USB flash drive. You will have the opportunity to verify that your presentation runs smoothly.
