Please read the following guidelines carefully when preparing your poster.
POSTER SCHEDULE
The Poster Area will be located in two adjacent spaces on the second floor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences Main Building, right next to the Large Hall where the talks will take place:
the Foyer of the Small Hall and the Hallway in front of both the Small and Large Halls.
Posters will be on display for two days. Presenting authors are expected to be present at their posters during the dedicated poster session. Additional opportunities for discussion will be available during coffee and lunch breaks.
Mounting Your Poster
Posters can be mounted either before the first talk on the designated mounting day, or during the morning coffee break.
Please ensure that you mount your poster on the board corresponding to the number assigned to your poster.
Mounting materials will be provided by the organizers at the Poster Desk, located in the Foyer of the Small Hall.
- We provide 1.5 cm diameter self-adhesive Velcro dots for securing posters.
- Please do not use any other adhesive materials.
- Do not remove the label indicating the number of the poster stand.
Poster Size and Format
Our poster boards are made of semi-transparent polycarbonate and measure 200 × 105 cm.
The recommended poster size is:
A0 format, portrait orientation (120 cm height × 90 cm width)
Please ensure that your poster does not exceed the maximum dimensions of 200 × 105 cm.
Removing Your Poster
All posters must be removed by their presenters by the end of the second presentation day.
Any posters left behind will be removed and discarded by the organizers.
