Privacy Policy for TTF 2025
This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, process, and protect your personal data in relation to your registration and participation at the 29th EU–US Transport Task Force Workshop (TTF 2025) organized by the HUN-REN Centre for Energy Research, held in Budapest, Hungary.

- Name, email address, affiliation/institution
- Name on badge (optional), affiliation on badge (optional)
- Nationality
- Abstract information (if applicable)
- Payment information (in case of registration fee)
Purpose:
These data are required for managing your registration, participation, accommodation coordination, invoicing (if applicable), and for organizing the event schedule and logistics.
Legal basis:
Data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (your event registration), and for compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
3. Payment Data
Payments are handled via bank transfer and administrated by:
ADIMTECH Kft.
In this case, your payment details (e.g. name, reference number, invoicing data) may be shared with the billing administrator for invoicing and accounting purposes.
4. Data Access and Retention
Your personal data will only be accessible to the TTF 2025 Local Organizing Committee.
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as required by law (e.g. up to 8 years for invoicing data, per Hungarian tax regulations).
5. Photography and Video
Photographs and videos will be taken during the event. These may be used in conference reports, documentation, and non-commercial outreach or promotion.
No separate consent will be requested, but this will be announced clearly at the event venue.
If you wish to avoid being photographed, please inform the staff at the registration desk.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:

- request correction or deletion,
- restrict or object to processing (in certain cases),
- and file a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
